Our team takes the time to properly investigate and document a building’s history and context to treat each historic project with the dignity and respect it deserves. Our innovative design approach creates a cohesive project that seamlessly flows from past to present.

We dutifully follow the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties and work closely with local and national historic preservation and landmark agencies. Our expertise surpasses the Historic Preservation Professional Qualification Standards for Architects and Historic Preservation Specialists. The Studio’s team has provided expert preservation consultation for numerous private clients, as well as Historic Denver, the City of Littleton, South Suburban Parks & Recreation, and the California Parks Foundation. In addition to preservation, restoration, and rehabilitation services include Historic Structure Reports (HSA's), Existing Building Analysis, Landmark Design Review, Property History Research, Historic Tax Credits, and Zoning Variances.
